Delivery Services & Charges

1.1 Standard Delivery – £3.99 (UK Mainland)

  • Estimated delivery time: 1–3 working days after dispatch.
  • Orders qualifying for free delivery will automatically be sent using this service.
  • A safe-place request or specific delivery instructions cannot be added to the parcel.
  • Working days exclude weekends and public holidays.

1.2 Next Working Day Delivery – £5.99 (UK Mainland)

  • Orders placed before the daily cut-off time (e.g., 12:00 pm) will be dispatched the same working day.
  • Orders placed after the cut-off time or during weekends/public holidays will be dispatched the next working day.
  • Recommended for orders containing live plants to ensure freshness and quality on arrival.

1.3 Free UK Delivery – Orders Over £49.99

  • Automatically applied at checkout when the order total reaches £49.99 or more.
  • Sent via Standard Delivery only (estimated 1–3 working days after dispatch).
  • Upgrades to Next Working Day Delivery remain chargeable.

2. Dispatch Information

  • We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible; however, during busy periods dispatch times may vary.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
  • Delivery times are estimates provided by the courier and are not guaranteed.

3. Delivery Restrictions

  • Delivery instructions such as "leave in porch", "leave with neighbour", or requests for a specific safe place cannot be included on your parcel label.
  • If you are not home, the courier may attempt delivery, leave a card, or offer collection options depending on their policy.

4. Plant Orders

  • For orders containing live plants, we strongly recommend selecting Next Working Day Delivery to minimise transport time and ensure plants arrive in the best possible condition.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by choosing a slower delivery method.

5. International Shipping

  • We currently do not ship outside of the United Kingdom.
  • Orders placed with international delivery addresses will not be processed and may be cancelled.

6. Delivery Issues

  • If your order is delayed, missing, or arrives damaged, please contact us within a reasonable time after the expected delivery date.
  • We may require photographs or additional information to resolve the issue.
  • Once a parcel has been accepted by the courier, delivery times are outside our direct control.

7. Address Accuracy

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring all delivery address details are entered correctly at checkout.
  • We cannot accept responsibility for lost or delayed orders due to incorrect address information.
